Clotilde Dusolier is the Parisian author of the food blog Chocolate & Zucchini, a compendium of her daily encounters with food, recipes, menus, parties, Parisian markets, shops, and restaurants, plus links, archives, and some French lessons. Started in 2003, her blog has become a major destination for a large audience of food lovers and lovers of food-writing. Clotilde has had two books published by Broadway Books: Chocolate & Zucchini – Daily Adventures in a Parisian Kitchen, and Clotilde’s Edible Adventures in Paris. Alimentum reached her by phone at her Paris apartment.
